Anuwat Apimukmongkon                               

Anuwat graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts from Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus. He often uses shape of Banglee, his close friend who is bisexual, as symbol for his artistic expression appeared in almost piece of his work, to present about myth existing in the society via his experience and feeling. His works are presented through various mediums include painting, sculpture, mixed-media, video, live performance, etc. He also focuses on gastronomy method and interdisciplinary arts that explores and questions society through gastronomy. All are filled with symbolic idea and issue over the nation, religion, culture, politics, violence and the society he lives in, through the perspective of gender. And interested in art curation, the focus is on presenting various aspects of Pattani artists and Southeast Asian art.
